Ball valves

A ball valve is a mechanical device used to control the flow of liquids or gases. Its key feature is a ball with a bore through the center. When the ball rotates, the bore aligns with or perpendicular to the flow path, allowing for efficient on/off control or flow rate adjustment.

Ball Valve are compatible with a wide range of hygienic piping systems and are commonly applied across product lines conforming to 3-A, ASME BPE.

V2C Clamp 2-Way 3PC Manual Ball Valve (ISO Mount Pad, PTFE Encapsolated)

Employs encapsulated PTFE (Teflon) seals. PTFE offers excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, and low friction, making it suitable for applications involving corrosive liquids, harsh chemicals, and processes requiring high cleanliness. Encapsulation may enhance the seal’s strength and durability. With Standardized ISO 5211 pad allows direct mounting of pneumatic or electric actuators. Ensures accurate and reliable valve operation without needing custom brackets or adapters.

V2G Clamp 2-Way 3PC Manual Ball Valve (RTFE Non-Encap)

Utilizes non-encapsulated RTFE (Reinforced PTFE) seals. RTFE is PTFE with added reinforcing materials like fiberglass to enhance mechanical strength, wear resistance, and reduce creep. This type of ball valve is suitable for general liquid applications, including those with slightly higher pressure and temperature than standard PTFE, but it may not be as resistant to harsh chemicals as encapsulated PTFE.
